William has 25 years' experience of working in the arts, education and charity sectors. His work includes venue and company management, arts programming, finance, marketing, fundraising, personnel and sales. He has worked as an arts programmer and venue manager at two arts centres; as General Manager of Compass Theatre Company, one of this country's leading national and international touring theatre companies; as Head of Marketing at Nottingham Playhouse; as Head of Marketing at the Barbican Centre, London; as Marketing Manager at Waltham Forest College, one of the UK's largest colleges of further education, and as Head of Marketing at Norwood, the learning disability charity.

Richard Turpin

Richard is an experienced market researcher, data analyst, direct marketing specialist and new media designer. He has more than 10 years' experience in the field, both on the agency and client side. He worked for several years as Research Manager at the Barbican Centre before being involved in setting up Natural Discovery Ltd, a leisure business specialising in sustainable tourism, lifestyle products and consultancy.

Lloyd Clater is a designer with over 20 years experience in the charity, education and commercial sectors, many of them as director of his own agency. Originally trained as an architect, he has worked with an impressive range of organisations from major national brands to niche charities, producing stylish and effective promotional and fundraising design for print and online media.
