We work mainly in the not-for-profit sector – with arts organisations, charities and educational establishments.
Arts
We work with Birmingham REP, producing the theatre's twice-yearly season brochure, creating imagery, and designing season print including leaflets, posters and banners. We have created a new house style for the REP's season brochure, focusing on the theatre's branding and placing this in unexpected situations to convey the sense of challenge and surprise in the theatre's offer.
We developed the marketing plan for a major arts development project involving
Compass Theatre
and the
Plowright Theatre
in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, and supported the theatre in executing the plan with training and backup advice.
Charity
We have worked with several charities on a long-term or single project basis.
Jewish Blind & Disabled commissioned us to develop and implement their communications strategy for 18 months.
Norwood asked us to write their Radio 4 appeal and publications such as their Annual Review and newly-launched magazine.
Advice UK asked us to develop a style guide and write several new publications in tandem with their rebranding.
Education
We have worked with Somerville College Oxford (on a subcontracted basis with Redesign) on their Annual Fund Appeals 2006 and 2007. This involved developing a range of segmented communications for different categories of alumni, writing appeal letters and an appeal leaflet including case studies of recent graduates.
